Established in 2001 by owner Stephen Hobson,

We ensure all our customers receive nothing but the very best attention & service from placing their order through to completion, whether a customer is purchasing 1 window or a full house the service is the same, first class. 

We have never believed in high-pressure sales tactics to sell our windows & doors, we do not have any salesmen. Instead we send our owner, who will simply look at the proposed work and talk about the design, our products and other features available. We have always believed it is important to forward a written quotation after home survey with all the details of the proposed installation.

We have also built up a reputation for a competitive price structure, It can be difficult to find the right balance; we believe we know what today’s consumer wants with their windows, doors and conservatories, reasonable price. It is always a good idea to get more than one quotation, so you analyze the differences you will see we are rarely beaten on a like-for-like quotation.

We are a FENSA registered company & so with the FENSA conditions we offer a fully comprehensive 10-year insurance-backed guarantee through the Quality Assured National Warranties & Insurance Guarantee Association

Staff training to a minimum of the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ’s) to our industry’s recommended qualification.

Subcontractors & specialists tradesmen are only used within our conservatory works & all employed by max glass are only used if their standards of work & customer care meet with our high standards of working practices.
